  • The average price per square foot by month increased 2.67% when comparing the average price per square foot in October 2018 ($154) to the average price per square foot in October 2017 ($150) and the average price per square foot by rolling 12 months increased 6.94% when comparing the average price per square foot from November 2017 to October 2018 ($154) to the average price per square foot from November 2016 to October 2017 ($144).
