I just visited A.C. Studios & Cafe (also known as Alpharetta Creative Studios & Cafe) and it is such a breath of fresh air!  As a Realtor, I was immediately impressed with the architectural design and features of the building with its soaring ceilings, oversized windows and shiplap laden walls.  But it was the passion of the team that encompass A.C. Studios & Cafe that made my experience so special.

Kim Dolleh, the creator and owner of this unique concept, is warm, inviting and clearly passionate about her studio.  She has developed a place that evolves and adjusts to the desires of the people that use it - a truly creative environment.  Although A.C. Studios offers ceramics classes to beginner, intermediate and advanced young learners, teens and adults, they also offer a backdrop for any creative idea you may want to explore.  They regularly host school, group and corporate events and offer room rentals, dining experiences and creative activities.

Recently, Mercer University held an event which combined that concepts of making your own ceramic dishes to eat from along with educated college students on how to take a simple pasta dish and make it a nutritional meal by enhancing it with fresh vegetables and more.  A.C. Studios & Cafe also offers date nights where you enjoy a session on the potter's wheel and enjoy a three-course meal from the cafe.  Beginning this September, they will be featuring a Salon Dinner where individuals of all backgrounds and experiences can come together and enjoy delicious cuisine while conversing about a common topic.

Speaking of the cuisine, Executive Chef Quintara Wright is equally creative when it comes to her recipes and menu.  Everything is homemade from scratch at the cafe and Chef Wright only uses the freshest of ingredients.  I asked her about her favorite dish on the menu and her passion for creating  amazing cuisine was obvious as she described the Deep South Salad which begins on a bed of curly green baby kale and is topped with a fried green tomato, red onions, sprouts, cucumbers and goat cheese complemented by a homemade honey Dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Whether you are interested in ceramics or a unique spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, A.C. Studios & Cafe in Alpharetta is well worth a visit!  Learn more at https://alpharettacreativestudios.com.
